We’ll uncover what makes you different and help you say it clearly so the right people notice.

You’ll use the Nail Your Niche and Uniquely You trainings to get super clear on your own unique massage magic. You'll finally be able to express why your clients love you and why you're not "just another massage therapist". You'll see exactly why clients should choose you over others. - and how to articulate that clearly in your marketing (while still sounding like your lovely self!)

Then we’ll bring it all to life with your Website Wizardry Toolkit and Social Media Ninja so your online presence shows off your true value rather than hiding it.

You’ll start seeing results fast -after the first few weeks, you'll have the confidence to talk about your work and bookings will start coming in faster as clients finally “get” why they need you.

Phase 2: Get Talked About

Now that people are noticing you, we’ll get them talking about you. This is about building your reputation and referrals.

You’ll use the Experience Enhancer to make every treatment feel special, and Design a 5-Star Service that makes clients want to tell all their friends about you - (not just say "yeah, it was nice!)

You’ll build your Referral Network Designer - a simple way to set up local connections and loyal "word-of-mouth-ers", who send new clients your way without you having to lift a finger.

You’ll start hearing it - clients recommending you, new names popping up, and that elusive "word-of-mouth" finally working for you.

Phase 3: Get Well Paid

Now your reputation is growing, we'll make sure your prices match it! You'll find it easy to charge more when you KNOW how to explain the exceptional service you give.

You’ll use the Treatment Menu Makeover to describe your services so deliciously they sell themselves, and use Perfect Pricing to charge confidently without having to do discounts.

You’ll start earning what your treatments are really worth. And have a business that feels first class, clients who respect your time, and rates that reflect your skill instead of the "going rate".

Here’s how it all works…

THE PROGRAMME

The Massage Business Success Academy is a 12-month online programme, with 4 months of intensive support.

You’ll move through easy, bite-sized trainings just 10–20 minutes each - so you can learn a little, try it, and see quick wins straight away. No tech overwhelm or no business jargon - ( I hate that too!) You'll have all the tools, guides and cheat sheets you need to help you take action straight away.

In the first 2 months, you'll use the “Stand Out, Get Seen” resources so you can work out what you want to be known for and how to say it in a way that sounds like you!

Then you'll implement the Visibility toolkits for your website, socials and Google Business – so when people look you up, they can actually see your massage magic and understand why you cost more than the place doing £40 "Swedish massage"

In 4 months, you’ll have your Magnetic Messaging, Intriguing-Introduction, Perfect pricing and Rebooking Blueprint in place on your website, socials and Google profile, so you’re attracting higher-paying, returning clients.

Over 12 months of access to the implementation library, you’ll create your easy marketing plan, referral network and *5 star client* experience, so you’ve got a real shot at doubling your income over the year. (And if you want extra support while you implement, you’ll have the option to work one-to-one with me at a reduced rate.)

You’ll feel super-confident in what you’re delivering, how you price it, and how you talk about it. You'll be signing up for networking events, full of confidence that you finally know how to articulate what you do.
